At DYFIT we aim to deliver pieces you’ll love and wear often. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns!

⦁ We offer exchanges in size or model, based on availability and subject to review.

⦁ To request an exchange, you must contact us at our Instagram page or our email: info@dyfit.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.

⦁ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

⦁ Once your request is submitted, our team will review it to ensure the item matches its original purchase condition.

⦁ If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the exchange will not be approved.

⦁ If approved, you’ll be instructed to send the item back at your own cost.

⦁ After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and send the new.
